4. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of payment failure or service unavailability.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is final.

Payment Methods

5. Sample Collection

  • Home collection services are available in select areas as per our service coverage
  • You must be present at the specified address during the scheduled collection time
  • Our phlebotomist will collect samples following standard medical protocols
  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or cancellation of home collection
  • We reserve the right to refuse collection if the patient is not in suitable condition

6. Test Results

Result Delivery

Test results are typically delivered within 24-48 hours, depending on the test type. Results are sent via email and can be accessed through your account.

Result Interpretation

Test results are provided for informational purposes. Please consult with a qualified healthcare provider for proper interpretation and medical advice.

Result Accuracy

While we maintain high standards of accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Results may be affected by various factors including sample quality and patient condition.
