If sample collection fails due to reasons beyond our control:
We will attempt to reschedule once. If the second attempt also fails, a cancellation fee may apply, or you may choose to visit our laboratory for sample collection.
If test results are delayed beyond the promised timeline due to our error, we will investigate and may offer compensation or a partial refund at our discretion.
If a sample is rejected due to quality issues (not patient-related), we will offer a free re-collection or full refund.
